30-Day Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories
- Returns that arrive incomplete, used, or damaged cannot be accepted
Contact us first to start a return or exchange. Email support@baresmith.com or use the Contact Page. After approval, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Items sent back without approval cannot be processed.
Refunds
- Processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received and verified
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only for security
- Shipping costs and discounts are not refundable
Exchanges
Contact us before returning anything for an exchange. Once approved, we will share the return address and next steps. After we receive and verify the original item, you may reorder the replacement or we will adjust any price difference as needed.
To keep pricing fair for all customers, return or exchange shipping is not covered.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email clear photos and a brief note to support@baresmith.com. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation.
Minor color or shade variations may occur due to screen differences and are not considered defects. We cannot refund or replace items damaged after delivery, including scratches or tears caused by pets or misuse.
Address Errors
Confirm shipping details at checkout. If you entered the wrong address or need to change product type or size after ordering, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, changes or refunds are not possible.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver within the timeframe listed on our Shipping Information page. Most orders arrive within 10–35 business days depending on destination and product origin. Tracking details are emailed when your order ships.
If an order is trackable and in transit, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If it is lost or delayed beyond a reasonable period, we resolve it fully.
